Very simple: radio over mobile internet is not more then a pipe
dream.

Radio via mobile Internet was literally impossible a few years ago.
It's now possible, but doesn't have good enough coverage at
present.
Coverage will improve over time, and then you will have to eat your
words.

It will come. There's no doubt about that, the only question that
remains is how long it will take before largescale robust reception
quality is available.
