How does the BBC have the audacity to look down its nose at and preach to other organisations when its own executives are invariably technical incompetent (with the exception of recent recruits Anthony Rose and the new MIT-educated Controller of Audio & Music and Mobile - wow, what a change from Ashley Highfield's recruits where having technical qualifications must literally have been frowned upon - none of them had any anyway!!), and the BBC has consistently lied to the public regarding digital radio for the last 7 years (9 years if you go back to the BBC public consultation for the new digital-only stations in 2000), and it has recently taken very long-term strategic decisions regarding digital radio that were taken to benefit the BBC even though they knew they were against the interests of the general public, which pays for the BBC?

Discuss.

I think the were talking about call centres, or went you listening?
