Didn't CB die years ago, or is it hanging on in there.
I actually became interested in CB about 25 years ago, and back then there were plenty of other people to talk to on the CB band. Eventually however things started getting quieter and quieter, until there was no point switching it on at home. Then I came up with the idea of putting my rig in the car and going up to the top of a big hill. From up there there were quite a few people to talk to, because I could easily talk to people 20-30 miles away. Eventually however things became so quiet that started to seem pointless even going up onto a hill. Basically I had better things to do than spend 2-3 hours saying 1 9 for a copy, and hardly ever hearing a reply. It must have been about 10 years ago when I finally gave up on CB.
Unless the CB bands have picked up a great deal then I would expect them to still be very dead.
