Internet radio problem - any ideas?

I have a Tangent Quattro Internet radio. However, it regularly stops
working. It is unable to connect to the station, just sitting with
the station name showing. Then when you try to scan for stations it
pauses then gives a timeout message. Whey you try other functions it
says there is no network connection.
It seems to me the problem is NOT the following:
1 Poor connection to the wireless router. The wi-fi strength is
showing 69-71%.
2 Slow Internet speed. The problem occurred this morning (public
holiday) early on when I am sure the Internet is not congested. I
have also checked the computer and at quiet times I am getting in
excess of 3 MB/s download.
3 Firmware upgrade needed, as I have checked this and there are none
currently available.
4 Being logged on to someone else's router as I have checked mine is
the one showing
5 Someone else logged on to my router as I have set up the security.
When you disconnect and reconnect the problem is solved so I suspect
it is not a hardware fault.
Somehow it seems to be losing the network connection to Reciva then
being unable to restore it without a reboot.
As I say, any ideas guys?
Scott
