To add DRM is very well suited for AM probably better than SW. As if
barely anyone listens to AM now anyway...say a few dozen new DRM AM
stations would totally revolutionise the dieing MW band...dream on

I'm not sure that many people would pay out lots of money for DRM receivers, unless they improve the sound quality, and they will require double channel mode.

I think it would be better to wait for DRM+ as the possible solution or local broadcasting.
