DRM at 11.64kbps

My last offering was at 23kbps, now here is the lowest bitrate I can find in
comparison.

This is the Ministry of Information from Kuwait operating a 10khz channel on
11.675mhz, DRM Mode B at 11.64kbps vanilla AAC (no SBR) and mono with an
audio bandwidth of 4.5khz ish.

It is obviously worst than 23kbps but as someone else has stated elsewhere
its "horses for courses" this broadcaster is beaming to the USA some
11,500km distant.
