Whats the odds of new band allocation for DAB?

While we're all waiting for AAC+ to come along and make all the
current DAB radios obselete , does anyone know if Ofcom has put any
serious thought into allocating more frequency bands in band 2 for DAB
so they could (in an ideal world) up the bit rate on the current
stations?
