10% as in -0.4575749056 dB or as in 10% of the signal strength in dB? I dunno, you're probably talking about a couple of dB moving from apparently no problems to bubbling, then another 2-3 dB to it completely cutting out altogether.

To answer your question in the thread subject: I'm sure you'll have seen my views on the error correction used on DAB. It is shit, hence why you can move the aerial a few centimetres and it goes from "solid" to bubbling. It's just badly designed, just like the rest of the DAB system.


I got the impression that Boltar was talking about the percentage of bits received incorrectly. So how high do you think that figure can be before the bubbling mud starts?
