Could someone say whether I should be able to receive these DRM
stations 24 hours a day in Manchester:
BBC World Service
Deutsche Welle
RTL
The schedules suggest that I should be able to receive these stations
at all times because the target is "Europe":

Also, does anybody know what bit rate level these DRM stations are
using?
Just found out how to find the bit rate levels (they're hidden in the
Engineering information, and you don't get any instructions on how to get to
that in the manual):
Deutsche Well:
MER varies between 8 to 22 dB
Mode B
Bandwidth = 10 kHz
Interleaver depth = Long
SDC = 16-QAM
MSC = 64-QAM
Coding = SM
Protection = EEP (0)
Audio = 17020 bps
Data = 0 bps
Total = 17460 bps
Mode = Para(metric) stereo
Coding = AAC
SBR = Yes
RTL:
MER varies wildly between around 9 to 18 dB (don't know what MER is)
Mode B
Bandwidth = 10 kHz
Interleaver depth = Long
SDC = 16-QAM
MSC = 64-QAM
Coding = SM
Protection = UEP (0/1)
Audio = 19000 bps
Data = 0 bps
Total = 19080 bps
Mode = Para stereo
Coding = AAC
SBR = Yes
BBC World Service = unavailable at the moment
At such low bit rate levels, I think they should use mono instead of stereo.
