Absolutely ludicrous. Has he no practical experience of listening?
I'm sure R.L. would have had the same experience and recollections,
it'd be interesting to see if he confirms the above.
Richard L will just excuse his protege's indiscretions.
RL. is very selective with his replies. I'd doubt he'd get anywhere near
supporting the view that "when you receive FM very well" it has a
background like a steam train.
