that it won't be used in the UK, tell him to come on here and tell us why
not - I'm sure I'll be able to muster up a couple of words in a reply for

Actually they will switch to AAC+ IF there are receivers available and
if the majority of receivers already bought are AAC+ compatible, i.e
probably not before 10 years.
Nevertheless they can already propose some T-DAB+ stations by using the
30% of the mux where they are allowed to do whatever they want. By the
way TV is already there :-/
