Oh my god, yes, raise the matter at parliament on Monday.

Funny how nobody gives a shit about Radio 1, Radio 2, Radio 4, 6 Music and
1Xtra using 128 kbps and transmitting at low audio quality, BBC7 and Asian
Network permanently transmitting in mono when a lot of its content is in
stereo, and Radio 4 frequently being reduced to mono.

That all seems to be hunky dory so long as Radio 3's bit rate isn't reduced
to 160 kbps - a bit rate that is still higher than all the other BBC
stations.
