Am I getting paranoid or is the begining of the end?

Its late, I'm somewhat intoxicated and I am also angry. Why? This is
the second evening in a row that R3 is down to 160. I haven't observed
this happen in the evening before. Before I decide what to do, does
anyone know if this is a permanent move by the Beeb?
