Anybody that says they're an "audiophile" and in the same sentence say
that they don't mind low audio quality on the radio is simply an idiot,
so I thought I might as well cut to the chase rather than waffle.
And anybody that says they ever had an audiophile experience on FM
need to have their head examined.
I have had several and indeed thre was a time when it was commonly said that
live broadcast FM was the best source of Hi-Fi available. However I would
agree that the last time that happened was at least 15 years ago and the
real aural thrills from FM were more than 30 years ago.
Mr Orban and his ilk have a lot to answer for. Go on, now tell me I need my
head examined.
