Now list the region(s) in France that have 12 DAB channels (as
you claimed), and list which channels this/these region(s) can
receive so that I can check them using this software. The name
of the region must be the name listed in the RRC-06 database.

For DVB-T it's OK
But for TDAB, results don't correspond with nicolas talk ...

Lyon and Paris must have 6+1 Mux, but with this software, I find
only 4!

There is a problem !

Paris : ILE-DE-FRANCE + ILE-DE-FRANCE-REGIONAL = 4+2

24 radio stations at good audio quality. It's nowhere near enough.
DAB cannot be used.

192kbps is the current bitrate generaly used so

192 kbps doesn't provide FM-quality. Are you saying that DAB should
provide sub-FM quality?

BTW, I don't want any lies, so don't try and tell me that 192 kbps
provides FM-quality, because I KNOW it doesn't.

I think you are contradicting yourself.

I just pick this sentence on your website :
http://www.digitalradiotech.co.uk/mpeg_coding.htm

-----------------------------------------
Perceptual coding has made great advances in recent years. In the
following table, the MPEG standards are listed in chronological order
showing the bit rate required to achieve "near CD-quality":

Codec Bit Rate Compression Ratio
Layer 1 (MP1) 384 kbps 3.7
Layer 2 (MP2) 192 kbps 7.3
Layer 3 (MP3) 128 kbps 11.0
AAC* 96 kbps 14.7

*Advanced Audio Coding
-----------------------------------------

So who is lying ?

It says this:

"Codec Bit Rate Compression Ratio
Layer 1 (MP1) 384 kbps 3.7
Layer 2 (MP2) 256 kbps 5.5
Layer 3 (MP3) 192 kbps 7.3
AAC* 128 kbps 11.0

*Advanced Audio Coding"

not google cache :
http://66.249.93.104/search?q=cache:hkNQS1VDIo0J:www.digitalradiotech.co.uk/mpeg_coding.htm+&hl=fr&ct=clnk&cd=1&client=mozilla

you just change it right now.

Who is lying ?
