What do you mean by sum? Do you mean the mathematical sum - ie 32kHz?
If so, it isn't there in the music. If you mean can all of those be
faithfully reproduced simultaneously, then yes - they certainly are.
Digital sampling really doesn't care what shape waveform it is
reproducing.

The latter. So 19 kHz with other 'tones' superimposed on it are no
problem at all?

None whatever. CDs simply wouldn't work if there were any kind of a
problem.
