BBC Radio 1 96kbps wma

Seems you can now access Radio 1 via a MSN Messenger tab which will
link to a 96kps wma stream.

Bizarrely though, my Media player is showing at the bottom as 96kbps,
but when I go to File >> Properties it shows the Audio Codec as:
"Windows Media Audio 9 40 kbps, 32 kHz, stereo 1-pass CBR".
