Generally only when I use my personal stereo down in the valley, where reception from the London TXs does get difficult. In that case I often tune to Radio 1 from the repeater.

Just realized I replied to the wrong comment here.

However as I explained later in my post. Crystal Palace is if anything marginally better placed for me than Buleigh Hill. Although I doubt that it is enough to make any real difference.
