you say about these people?...

Some of them seem to be facign up to the fact that their industry is
facing serious problems, such as from the iPod Generation that hate
adverts and inane DJs, the fact that more money is being spent on
advertising on the Internet than radio, and that we'll be able to fast
forward through the adverts when there's a hard drive in every product.
