Deliberately vague in that respect, so that the "masses" assume that just
because you don't get the hiss of FM when signal is poor (or AM at any
time), then the audio quality must be great. Same as if you mention Al Qaeda
and Saddam Hussein in the same or adjacent sentences often enough, people
will assume a connection even if there isn't one.
