Well, your "amusing" attempts at my accent aside, English *is* my first
language. The truth is that nobody knows *exactly* what these people mean
by the use of the word perspective. You can point to as many dictionary
definitions as you like that you think support your interpretation (but in
fact do not), but language is flexible.

There are many other words that could have been used that would have left
no room for doubt and no room for ambiguous interpretation, but they chose
not to use them in this case. This in itself points heavily to Nicolas'
interpretation of the *intention* behind the use of this particular
phrase; on the evidence of this wording, they are *not* unconditionally
committing to anything.

*You* are most likely wrong, and your standard tactic of attacking
someones nationality and/or native language doesn't change that one iota.
It is ramping up your "arsehole points" again, though. You're going
through and especially productive patch on that front.
