USA hides behind 'state secrets' far more often than necessary,article link

Larry Fawcett and Barry Greenwood, 2 authors of "Clear Intent" by
Prentice-Hall publishing, brought an foia case against NSA in the
courts. The judge went into a back room with a document prepared by
NSA (after having been screened by NSA and approved to handle the
case). After a short while,the judge came out and said case closed,
NSA wins without hearing any argument by Fawcett and Greenwood.
