over civilian networks? security, if there?s an ?imminent cyber
threat.? Tomorrow, Senators Lieberman and Susan Collins officially
introduce that legislation, the ?Protecting Cyberspace as a
National Asset Act of 2010.? It?s one of a half-dozen such measures
kicking around Congress. Here?s a handy cheat sheet, provided by a
friend on Capitol Hill, for what?s in each bill.
