Hidden OS with Truecrypt, some questions

Anyone knows if I need two operating systems to use the hidden OS feature in Truecrypt 6.0a?

Anyone knows if I need to reinstall everything once I install truecrypt with the hidden OS feature enabled?

I dont the CDs for my OS so I dont want to reinstall it,actually I dont even have a CD drive.

I want to install it on some Asus Eee clone but it as no CD drive.
