Just as a note... You can easily run a webserver in Windows. I do
myself. there are quite a few HTTP server apps, my favorite being
Apache. so really, anyone with a spare computer can run a webserver.
then you can just use onion routing and have a fairly anonymous system.


Apache runs in Windows that's right but it is not a Microsoft product,
it just happens to be open source and it is included in all major Linux
distributions as a default, so we basically talking the same hosting
software here only that in Windows you have to add it as an extra, if
you want to go the Microsoft route you have to pay for Windows Server.
