That's simply not the case here. Similar sites have come and gone and they're all intrusive. The odd thing is that you have to pay to get an exact birthdate on standard people-search sites. What loophole allows these clowns to show it for free?

of birth, plus city/state/zip. But they all linked to the same
page.

Of course the links are generic. The free results only show the birth-date but that's plenty of info. Many dead people get listed, too.

The site is owned by http://www.bored.com/ So it seems
to be some kind of "joke" to pull traffic.

For a joke it sure gives accurate dates. Search for yourself or people you know. They need to redefine entertainment vs. snooping.
