Can't disagree with you there. In fact I said right from the start that
the ONLY valid argument against this "Pay-Per-SPAM" scheme was one based
on the premise that all SPAM is evil.

The "opt out" thingy was more a matter of living in the real world where
we all know SPAM will prevail... a common sense, middle ground addition
to a less than Utopian situation. ;)
