OK, I have read complaints of the kind that you state. My
experience with the program, as compared to others that purport to do
something similar, is that it has many features that I have not found
in the others, it is extremely customizable in every way imaginable,
from manner and type of erasing, to rememence underwriting, to a full
disk scan with wild cards, etc.

Now, the other programs that I have tried, like window washer,
etc. do many of the same things, but simply do not compare with regard
to features and customization.

So, with that having been said, your other points do disturb
me, that is, with regard to program mistakes, incomplete operations
and the other things to which you allude. So, I would ask you to
point me in the direction of actual studies that have been performed
on this software that actually document those assertions, because if
the shortcomings that you mention are actually documented by a third
party engineering group, not just by heresay by disgruntled or
irritated consumers who are irritated by all of the spamming, which I
agree is very veracious indeed, then all of the features of the
program are irrelevant if it performs in a flawed manner.

So, please, point me to the studies that actually demonstrate
your concerns, so that I might stop using it and find something else
if there is something else to find. Thanks.
