All too well. The problem is sometimes I forget that and get suckered

I know the players, but having recently moved to Florida I don't know
the local history. Makes sense it would be a bigger problem here than
elsewhere though. I don't envy you one bit for having to deal with the
mess. I'd almost wager it's a constant annoyance. More power to ya', I
wouldn't have the patience.
