Yes, its true, I was attacked by Nazi Democrats!

Obviously I was reported for some "abuse" and since my (then) NNTP
Provider (NewsRazor) is a FAKE *** Front they could ONLY forward the
report to the REAL Usenet Provider - Highwinds-Media.

Highwinds-Media then began diverting all my posts based on my IP
Address to their POST Filter.  The POST Filter was rejecting:

1) Nearly identical message bodies, and/or,
2) Every post with more then 4 cross-posted newsgroups.

Then, after a few rejections, the POST Filter began rejecting EVERY
SINGLE post of ANY type.

When I temporarily switched to Newsgroup-Binaries.com the Blocking
began almost immediately PROVING that the REAL Usenet Provider -
Highwinds-Media - was blocking my EVERY post.

So...  What IS "spam"?

Short answer:  "Spam" is anything the Nazi Democrats who OWN MOST OF
Usenet WANT it to be!

Here's an excellent definition from UsenetMonster.com

======================================

Even if you PURCHASED unlimited service for a Premium price THEY
determine what "Excessive" is and THAT becomes Spam.

Here's another example from NuthinButNews.com:

======================================
NuthinButNews.com Terms of Use

7. Prohibited Activities. The Provider has a zero-tolerance policy for
any inappropriate or unlawful use of the Service. [...] Prohibited
activities include, but are not limited to:
...

...
Uploading, posting, using or otherwise making available any

...
8. ...Restriction, Suspension or Termination of Service Access by the
Provider. The ability to use the Service is a privilege, not a right.
Your ability to post and/or access Content, and your rights to use the
Service generally, may be suspended and/or terminated by the Provider
without notice in the event the Provider determines, in its sole
discretion, that you are engaging in conduct or activities that are in
violation of these Terms of Service. ... The decision of the Provider
with regards to the restriction, suspension or termination of Service
access or the duration thereof is final. ... In the event you utilize

charge your credit card for any such costs incurred by the Provider in
connection with your use of the Service.http://web2news.nuthinbutnews.com/disclaimer.htm
======================================

Again, "spam" is ANYTHING they say it is...

Here's the last example from Octanews.com:

======================================
Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
Effective November 1st, 2003
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Agreement

Octanews has a zero-tolerance SPAM policy.

SPAM. OCTANEWS ENFORCES A ZERO-TOLERANCE SPAM POLICY REGARDING OUR
USERS POSTS TO USENET THROUGH OUR NETWORK. IT IS THE SOLE DISCRETION
OF OCTANEWS TO DETERMINE IF A USER'S POSTS ARE CONSIDERED SPAM. A
DEFINITION OF SPAM CAN BE FOUND AThttp://spam.abuse.net/. IF OCTANEWS
HAS DETERMINED THAT A USER HAS POSTED 1 OR MORE ARTICLES OF SPAM, THAT
USER WILL BE CHARGED A $500 PER HOUR CLEAN-UP FEE AND THE USER'S
ACCOUNT WILL BE CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AND ALL REASONABLE EFFORTS WILL
BE MADE BY OCTANEWS TO PREVENT THE USER FROM USING OUR NETWORK ANYTIME
THEREAFTER.http://www.octanews.com/aup/
======================================

Octanews recognizes that Spam is: "Spam is flooding the Internet with
many copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on
people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. [...] There are
two main types of spam, and they have different effects on Internet
users. Cancellable Usenet spam is a single message sent to 20 or more
Usenet newsgroups. [...]  Email spam targets individual users with
direct mail messages."http://spam.abuse.net/overview/whatisspam.shtml

Additionally, spam.abuse.net refers to:http://www.cybernothing.org/faqs/net-abuse-faq.html#2.1

"The term "spam," as used on this newsgroup, means "the same article
(or essentially the same article) posted an unacceptably high number
of times to one or more newsgroups." CONTENT IS IRRELEVANT. 'Spam'
doesn't mean "ads." It doesn't mean "abuse." It doesn't mean "posts
whose content I object to." Spam is a funky name for a phenomenon that
can be measured pretty objectively: did that post appear X times? (See
3.1, "Yeah, but how many is X?')

3.1) Yeah, but how many times is 'X'?
How many posts does it take to push the spam envelope? To use up all
your spam charity points? For a bare-bones spam? To trigger the
raging-spam-cancellers-from-Hell? Among those who agree that spam
should be defined solely by quantity, 20.

The most reliable document describing current spam thresholds and
guidelines is a draft FAQ posted weekly to news.admin.net-abuse.misc
by Chris Lewis. It also describes the Breidbart Index (see below) in
greater detail.

3.2) What is the Breidbart Index (BI)?
The Breidbart Index (BI) is a measure of the breadth of any
multi-posting, cross-posting, or combination of the two. BI is defined
as the sum of the square roots of how many newsgroups each article was
posted to. If that number approaches 20, then the posts will probably
be cancelled by somebody. For instance, four identical posts to nine
newsgroups each (4 times 3) has a BI of 12. However, nine identical
posts to four newsgroups each (9 times 2) has a BI of 18.http://www.cybernothing.org/faqs/net-abuse-faq.html#3.1

Obviously my (then) REAL Usenet Provider - Highwinds-Media - was
Blocking EVERY post FOR POLITICAL REASONS!

The Nazi Democrats at HighWinds Media, who OWN MOST OF Usenet ON
EARTH, are NOW controlling Free Speech.

This officially represents Game Over...

The LAST arena of (mostly) Free Speech ON THE PLANET was Usenet.

Most of Usenet ON EARTH is now totally controlled by the Back-End
Usenet Provider Highwinds-Media.
