Though opposing the Windy City’s home boy Barrack Hussein Obama and
his gang is somewhat akin to heresy here there are a few salient
issues that have never been addressed; ergo:

Barrack Hussein is SUPPOSEDLY a lawyer, though his demeanor and
unfounded accusations make him seem like anything but a legal
professional. To be honest, he sounds more like one of our noted South
Side undertakers or policy enforcers. Barrack Hussein has assumed
the role of street gang leader that is his murderous home boys have
best prepared him for. One wonders if the brilliant South Side
litigator has ever heard of:

FRE 401, Relevant Evidence. This rules gives a judge "tremendous
discretion" in deciding what evidence is relevant.

You are the JUDGE in this election, so what relevance does the
hackneyed screed about WMD’s and ‘The wrong war” have considering
events of 2008?


FRE 403, Exclusion of Relevant Evidence. By means of Rule 403, a judge
can exclude relevant evidence even if not excluded by some other rule.
According to Saltzburg, the rule "can knock out the prejudicial, the
confusing, the misleading, the cumulative, the time-consuming, even
the 'unnecessary.'"

Remember that YOU ARE THE JUDGE so should the constant avoidance of
direct issues and real answers and the substitution of the confusing,
the misleading, the cumulative, and the time-consuming by near
hysterical liberal operatives be excluded by any competent trier of
fact?

FRE 702, Expert Testimony. According to Rule 702, the trial judge
plays an important role in deciding whether expert testimony is
proper.

Should the Hip-Hop profanity of “Rapper” Ludicrous, the vile racism of
the “Reverend” Wright or the Terrorist endorsements of Weatherman
Terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernandine Dorhn qualify them as experts? If
so, in what areas? Gangs, terror and the Big house perhaps.

Rules 806 allows you to impeach a hearsay declarant, while Rule 602's
requirement of personal knowledge can be used to challenge a hearsay
declaration.

It is obvious that the tiring rants of Moveon.org, the Huffington Post
and ScareAmerica Radio are devoid of factual foundation and the
thuggish threats of the African American Community are perpetually
void of any evidentiary value – will you allow such obvious hearsay?

While African Wonder Barrack Hussein is obviously adept at reading
from a teleprompter and parroting tired Communist propaganda, we
still do not know much about his professional credentials; especially
as a “Legal Professional”.

o Has the young tribal warrior ever tried a case?

o Has this wonder boy ever done any SERIOUS LEGAL WRITING?

o Has the Muslim Apostate every published in Academic Legal
Journals?

o Has the leader of the gang ever set foot in a real courtroom?

There is a serious question as to whether or not he is an American
Citizen!

Obama is just another Southside hoodlum; prodigy of the well-heeled
undertakers and numbers runners that have made Bronzeville and Prairie
Shores a legend in Chicago Criminal history. All that most Chicago
citizens knew about Barrack Hussein when his well-rehearsed speech at
the 2004 Democratic dope party and group orgy (er, Convention)
introduced him to the nation was –

NOTHING!!!

Yes, ladies and gentlemen of the Jury, most Chicago residents never
heard of this gangster.

o We all knew about Calypso Louie Farrakhan and the vicious Black
Muslims
o We all remember the Weathermen and the Days of Rage.
o All Windy City residents are painfully aware of the cultural
contributions of the Gangster Disciples, Vice Lords, Four Corner
Hustlers, Black P Stone Nation and hundreds more vicious drug dealing
street gangs that Barrack Hussein proudly counts as his homies and the
Chicago Democratic machine uses as enforcers at election time.
o All Chicago residents know what group comprises 90% of the inmates
in the Cook County Jail and Illinois State Penitentiaries.
o All Windy City veterans are painfully aware of the 75% DROP OUT RATE
amongst Negro youth.
o Every Chicago resident knows about the 65% illegitimacy rate in the
African American Community since we are forced to pay for this rampant
promiscuity.
o Though we are aware of the disgraceful rate of bastards bring born,
most taxpayers do not know that the HIGEST ABORTION RATE in the WORLD
is on Chicago’s West and South sides.
o We cannot afford to forget that Barrack Hussein is the leader of
these BABY KILLERS and supports INFANTICIDE PAID FOR BY YOUR TAX
DOLLARS.
o All of us cannot ignore the government sponsored welfare fraud that
is known as the CTA and the Chicago Public Schools and we know who is
responsible.
o We also know who is responsible for the awful plague of killings
that has robbed hundreds of young high school students of their lives.
(in an area that had the benefit of Barrack Hussein’s anointed
presence)
o We all know what happened to the once-beautiful West Side of
Chicago.
o We all know that AIDS is the leading cause of death amongst young
Negro women.
o We also know that HOMICIDE is the leading cause of death among young
Negro men.
o We all know whom we have to fear when we walk down the street after
dark.

Sadly most Chicago residents have been terrorized by these gangs for
so many decades that they dare not tell the truth and the grand theft
of taxpayer funds continues unabated as the Welfare Cadillac criminals
and street gangs who support Obama continue their vicious reign of
terror.
The FBI now has the added advantage of the cooperation of Hussein’s
partner in crime, Anton Rezko who is said to be singing his corrupt
Syrian heart out in an effort to avoid hard time in the Federal
prisons; these new revelations place them on the verge of bringing
criminal charges against Illinois Governor Rod Blagoshits. Illinois is
known as the most corrupt state in the Nation and the South Side
Chicago cabal of crime that gave rise to Hussein Obama his gang is in
the thick of it.

There is one other salient bit of evidence that is being concealed
from the Trier of fact. It is well know that children of broken homes
without the benefit of a father in the house experience severe
emotional difficulties later in life. Hussein’s antipathy towards
women and elitist gay tendencies are evidence of these early
adjustment difficulties. With a dope-smoking and obviously confused
mother named Stanley and two part-time ‘fathers’ who spent little time
in the home one can adduce that the adjustment of any child would be
problematic. Despite this conclusive evidence the facts have been
totally concealed. The Muslim mulatto has detailed the acute struggles
his half-breed birth caused with his racial identity yet this evidence
is ignored.

It is so bad here in Chicago that the gangsters, drug dealers and
whores that have terrorized our great city for decades now control
large part of our economy; even Chicago’s Mercy Lakefront Housing
and threaten to evict, beat or kill anyone who stands in the way of
their gangland terror and grand theft – while;

YOU ARE PAYING THE BILL!

The Windy City wonder boy finally moved up from shining shoes in
Springfield, Illinois to embezzlement on a grand scale in Washington,
D.C. He made sure that high ranking officials with deep pockets at
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were in his camp and ensured their bad
loaning practices continued. Obama is up to his ears in the current
financial crises – why has this crucial evidence been concealed?

The evidentiary record is missing many vital pieces.

This is what you can expect from the Hussein Obama gang.

As this is essay ends, WBBM New Radio 780 AM announced that a Chicago
Police Officer who was shot three times while attempting to serve a
drug search warrant at 79th and Jeffrey, not too far from Hussein’s
mutli-million dollar mosque (er, mansion), is in very critical
condition. The Terror that has plagued Chicago’s South Side continues
with no end in sight.

Though his Jew hatred is kept well hidden, his pastor is honest. This
anti-Semitism, coupled with the huge crowds in adulation makes Barrack
Hussein Obama a young Adolf Hitler.

It is now 9/28/2008 22:05:23. The Officer shot last night is now dead.

Who murdered this brave Chicago Police officer who was only doing his
job?

It was not a Polish Catholic, a German Lutheran, or an Armenian Jew!
