They Democrats might lose the Presidential election. They might win.
But even YOU know that they will significantly increase their
majorities in both Houses of Congress. With 2/3 of the Senators up
for reelection Republicans, they'd pick up a half dozen Senate seats
even with even levels of support. But they're 15 points ahead. 30
Republican House members aren't even trying to get reeelected. Look
for Democratic Parliamentary democracy for the next ten years -- the
President is irrelevant. Vetos mean nothing if they can easily be
overidden.
