I think that: We need to consider how inject some verve and organising power into even the smallest disciplinary in the tiniest, non-unionised outfit.
Because: The time is right for it. The tremendous battle by the cleaners in the T&G who work in the Goldman Sachs building is a salient example of how working people want to get organised. So is the imaginative fight conducted by workers at JJB Sports.

We need a combination of direct action and protest with strikes and traditional industrial action.
