I gave my opinion of what I considered moderate income, 3x-4X the
poverty rate, earnings of $62,000-$82,600 a year, I do not consider
moderate income.

As for the $82,600, can you honestly tell me that a Clinton or Obama
administration would oppose raising the cap, after all it is for the
children.

Of course the $82K claim
distorts the story by the
"half truth" method so popular

The $82,600 claim is no distortion it was requested by New York, the
only " half truth" is that the administrations denial of New Yorks
expansion is codified in this legislation, nothing prevents any other
administration from instant approval of New York's request.
