My first thoughts were that you should resign, you appear either
unable or as I suspect unwilling to enforce current Immigration law
and wish to substitute policy for enforcement.

However you seem to be a competent person so perhaps all you need is
some guidance or encouragement.

Here are a few simple Ideas.

Treat employers of illegal aliens as operators of an ongoing criminal
enterprise.

That is what they are. RICO statutes will allow seizure of all
offending businesses and their officers assets.

The U.S. can survive without Tyson chicken, all of corporate america
will take notice and wince as U.S. Marshals auction off their
forfeited assets and you frogmarch their company officers, off to
prison.

Arrest the Secretary of labor (just kidding) for allowing the H1B visa
program to become an ongoing criminal enterprise.

The H1B visa program is criminal, and I am not kidding.

Deny federal funding and remove tax exempt status to all public and
private entities that offer sancuary to illegal aliens.

Deny federal funds to any state that refuses to require proper
identification and SSN verification prior to providing taxpayer funded
services.

Deny federal funds to law enforcement departments that fail to report
illegal alien status for suspects arrested.

Think of the money our taxpayers save if nothing changes.

Secure our borders...that means an additional 9000 borderpatrol
officers over those currently hired.

Captures would increase,officers would be more safe, and it would be
eaiser to do the obscene amount of paperwork if they actualy captured
an alien. if you have them work in pairs.

Another 1000 ICE agents would be nice too.

Just a few minutes worth of ideas now perhaps others on this news
group may have some useful ideas...
