scientists modeling global climate seem to think that there is a
warming trend. The universities did not intentionally come upon an

of dollars to be trained in these "clean technologies". And the
products won't be cheap either. Probably more expensive than
conventional technologies. Is there any surprise here?

New technology usually costs more to implement than continuing old
technology. That is the way the market works -- you have to pay for
development. You seem to be an economic and scientific ignoramus.

Of course, billions are still being blown failing to develop
controlled nuclear fusion.

There are huge programs attempting to develop fusion energy. You have
no idea what you are talking about. You really are an ignoramus.

research is spent on actual research. You have no citations to back up
your ridiculous claim that the research is a fraud.

Then what makes you think you know any more about it than I do? When
tens of billions of dollars are spent over a period of decades without
conclusive postive results, I would suggest the burden of proof lies
on those spending the money to show that they have been acting in good
faith. Or, that they aren't complete fools.
