Why should it be?

Because it is an American city with a long history and a major American
port. Same reason we help out American farmers during times of drought and
floods, same reason we help rebuild towns wiped out by floods, same reason
we help rebuild California cities after earthquakes.
Do you hate America, or just black Americans? Why is it you conservatives
hate non-whites so much?
