Why are the majority of muslim leaders who want to kill everyone

The source of violence among radical muslims is religion, no question
about it. Nevertheless, it is also the source of violence amongst most
of the Orthodox Jewish factions in Israel as well, so this shouldn't be
a suprise to anyone. The fact that most Muslim leaders do not advocate
violence should vindicate their beliefs somewhat, at least.
Why do most folks on this group call names rather than engage in
intelligent
conversation?
I don't find that "most folks" on the group do that, just a minority.
This is a reflection on the culture these individuals belong to. There
can be a humor effect in name-calling that shouldn't be overlooked, but
nevertheless, tit-for-tat in anything is rarely productive. If I am
called a name, I usually ignore it, and get to my point, if I really
wanted to post.

Thank you, this makes sense.
