Someone on this NG recently quoted a law of physics that went something
like: "The more truth there is in criminal charges against a Republican,
the greater the likelihood that a Republican will blame it on Bill
Clinton." Or something like that.

It's been most of a day since Tom DeLiar announced his resignation in the
face of his coming guilty plea and his plea bargain.

And not a single rightwinger on this NG has blamed it on Clinton.

I'm confused -- come one, someone tell me it's all Clinton's fault.

Tom Delay is a big boy. If he did the crime, he should do the time and he
has no one to blame but himself. You political party pimps make your living
off of trying to get others to join you in your stupid profession.

What this country needs is a government in which
there are two four year term limits for everybody,
no contributions of any kind to anyone that the
contributor can NOT vote for, no retirement plan
for politicians and no taxpayer money to anyone
that has not voted in 3 of the past 4 elections and
no taxpayer funded grants to anyone, only loans that
must be paid back at the private sector rate of interest.
And I submit to you that it is YOUR fault for not insisting
that we have such a system.

I've made a New Year's Resolution to be a more
cheerful, agreeable and congenial person. So
shut the hell up and get off my case!
