Yep, the parents should supply a list of all the people the
child shouldn't sit next to.
i.) pedophiles,
ii.) clergy,
iii.) men likely to be offended when asked to change seats.

But my concern is how a mother of five on her first holiday
away from the kids has to baby sit someone elses child!
All because the nice man who teaches kindigarden was asked
to move.
More pointedly, why would we as a society do this crap,
I mean most men can legally get married and have kids.
They have to growup sometime and actually baby sit.
but society has gotten so used to men not being in the
classroom, etc.
Planes should seat kids wherever, and ask the person
next to them whatever sex they are if they would mind
babysitting them for the whole flight! If not then they
shouldn't ask someone to raise their hand (for obvious
reasons that child molesters do fly oon planes) but goto
the nexted nearests and so on. Parents must understand
that they need to prepare their kids.
Personally I would spend a little time vetting a few
of the passangers waiting to get on, ask if they would
mind be reseated with their kid and get their name and
number.
