We're still harping on why we're in Iraq! But what is harping?

Our presidency misled us. We had already defeated Saddam Hussein's ability
to develop weapons of mass destruction. But we had not defeated his ability
to slaughter thousands of his citizens who disagreed with him, tying their
hands and shooting them and burying them with their dead hands still tied.

But our wealthy nation doesn't care about that! Are we harpies?
