Long series of abject failure and no responsibility for any of it.

The economy tanked, then he promised a tax cut would preserve the surplus
(not true), then he ignored all warnings of planes flying into buildings and
said who would have thought, then Giuliani led and Bush took the credit
after disappearing for a couple of hours in our time of attack, then finally
he got a few forces to Afghanistan, but diverted the strongest part of them
before the job was done to case WMD that he assured us existed........but
they didn't exist. The link between Iraq and Al Qaida didn't exist either.
He found a known liar with a story about yellowcake that was as bad as a
drunk bar room conspiracy nut and magnified it to a "certainty". Then he
attacked Iraq and announced the military battles were over. Then he exposed
a secret agent gathering WMD info in Iraq........and all those local assets
that may have been seen dealing with her before her exposure. Then he
redefined torture....and, of course, torture happened. Then he decides he
can hold people without evidence or trial and lets some of those people go
but never provides evidence. Either he let terrorists go free, or they were
not terrorists. He cut money to upgrade the levees in New Orleans that
Clinton had started the process for. One of his own political appointees in
the Corp. of Engineers was fired for telling Congress that the money was
needed. Then he downgraded FEMA and appointed a ne'er do well to head it
up. Brown is accused of falsifying his resume' but when the truth is known
it was probably Bush's people that did the falsification. Lying is a
pattern with Bush and Company. We don't know that Brown is a liar; we know
Bush is.
Then when the lower levels of government were overwhelmed by Katrina....Bush
promises but again does not deliver. People die. Thousands die; Bush
shifts the blame. He blames the victims. He blames the locals. He blames
the state. He blames God (Katrina).
I left out a few other screw ups, but other than this Bush did a great job.
