President Barack Obama

The teleprompter is the more professional way to deliver a speech.
Bush prefered to read his speeches, but still fumbeled them. Limbaugh
is making a lot of noise about the teleprompter but Obama has been
conducting own hall meetings and cannot use the telepompter there, can
he?
