'LIBERALISM' IS THE DEATH-KNELL OF CIVILIZATION!

Now and then I like to share some of my e-mails from the weekly
readers of my globally syndicated column. My column currently has
millions of readers both on the Internet and a handful of magazines
and newspapers in this region that pick up my columns, which I have
been writing since 1959 (almost a half-century now).

TESTING THE DUMB MASSES
In the book Founding Brothers: The Revolutionary Generation, author
Joseph Ellis gives us a brief glimpse into the historical connotations
of “democracy” when he cites, “…the term ‘democrat’ originated as an
epithet and refereed to one who panders to the crude and mindless
whims of the masses.” It’s hard to argue with that one!
Truth be known, our founding fathers coined this term due to their
justifiably fear of democracy, which is precisely why our nation was
founded as a Republic, which is another fact that liberals hate.
(Note: Liberals hijacked the good Democrat party of Presidents Truman
and Kennedy in the 20th Century.
You see, liberals base their agenda on appeasing the masses through
class warfare, race baiting and demagoguery. The stoop to the lowest
common denominator in the gene pool from which to gather votes and
then systematically destroy the lives of the self-reliant producers of
our society.
To truly gain an understanding of where liberals (not today’s old-
school Democrats) will lead our nation, one needs to page homage to
the very cities that have been controlled by liberals for the past
half-century. Liberals like to claim that they can foster change and
make things better, but their track record tells another story. They
have blazed a path of broken homes, failing schools, soaring crime
rates, poverty and corruption. They have chased away hardworking
families and big business and replaced them with drug addicts and the
unemployed.
By contrast, suburbia and small town America has become the bastion of
conservatives, where poverty is rate and even government education is
somewhat acceptable. Through the prism of liberal elites, these are
small-minded Americans who rely on guns and God. Through the prism of
common sense, these are the “brightest” of Americans who have found a
way to escape the grasp of big government who does nothing but inhibit
life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
It’s had to image that after nearly a half-century of failed liberal
ideology that has destroyed our once great cities, that there are
actually any liberals left in America. Fortunately for our society
most of them are 1960s era relics who are too old to spawn and whose
failed idealism has limited longevity. Sadly though, they have used
their lack of ability to achieve success in the private sector to
corner virtually every government teaching spot in the nation where
they have had unfettered access to pollute the minds of our youth.
The reality is that the Marxist-liberal philosophy should have gone
the way of Andrea Dworkin when the Berlin Wall came tumbling down,
thanks to a freedom-fighter named Ronald Reagan.
Instead, we have seen a two-headed monster rise from the ashes of
communism in our own nation, where the dumb masses walk around in Che
Guevara swag, while candidates such as Chicago’s U.S. Senator get
their talking points right from the Communist Manifesto.
To educate and enlighten voters with the facts of our “Republic,” we
need to require testing prior to being allowed to cast his or her
vote. It doesn’t have to be any more difficult than a typical driver’s
ed-test, but it will at least keep us from truly morphing into an
idiocracy.
It could be as simple as naming your Congressman or the Vice
President, which would send good third of the electorate home.
Add in a few questions about civics of Supreme Court justices and we
will whittle that pool down to only the informed.
Then again, that would be the death-knell of liberals whose lifeblood
is the vote of the ignorant and the uniformed.
Why else would they be against having to produce a picture ID on
Election Day?
