Alcee Hastings response is one of a demagogue, not a public servant. If he
had any substance his response would have addressed Kucinich's grounds for
impeaching Cheney, not the alleged sighting of a "flying saucer" which I
believe he termed a UFO of which the majority of Americans have seen in one
