The guy who volunteered his fiancee for Teats for Pete has a sport
fucker for a fiancee. Sport fucking is totally a women's agenda:
guys become involved by invitation only. Just like this guy on
"Naughty School Girl Nite". Which sounds like fun. It's like
that episode on Seinfield where George takes a photo of one of
Elaine's friends and uses it as an entrée to what used to be called
the Jet Set and is usually associated with Super Models. It is pretty
much the way it works. Like I say, I ran into this phenomena at
Black's Beach in San Diego over the Memorial Day weekend just after
the eruption of Mt. Saint Helens and then read about it in Puritan
about the time I moved into Adams Morgan, which was September 1981.
You ought to get her, this "Naughty School Girl Night" player, on
your show, anonymously, and let her explain it from an informed
perspective. I got my permanent Do Not Enter sport fucker card when I
got married in 1986. I'm not sure getting divorced obviates this
status, because nobody has overwhelmed me with invitations to Naughty
School Girl Night. Remembrances of my sexual athleticism past are
necessarily confined to the period between 1971 and 1986. Past is,
regrettably, the operative word. The stupid white *** Fascists who
came to town with Reagan screwed things up for everyone, and, while I
was married, all the rules changed and I don't care enough to even
try to figure them out. But "Naughty School Girl Nite" tells me
the sexual revolution is alive and healthy and advancing like a healing
balm of oil on the troubled waters of the American community of spirit.
Just because it is safe sex doesn't mean it can't be fun sex.
This thing that the NY Times reported about bank surveillance is
neither classified nor particularly responsive to 911. The
neo-colonial impulse contained in the War On Drugs has been forcing
American law enforcement into the global police business since at least
1971. Some of this is a direct result of GATT/Nafta and is routine as
the requirement on American commercial banks to report any transfer or
cash deposits of $10,000 or more. As part of this agenda, Congress has
made laws making it difficult for people working in this economy to
wire cash to places like Mexico for whatever purposes. Rep Peter
King's suggestion on FOX News Sunday that Justice needs to
investigate the NY Times for criminal espionage (because we are at
WAR!!! ) is typical of the fear and hate mongering of the stupid white
male members of the Republican Study Committee. Peter King is trying
to change the subject from his own incompetence (as a proxy for the
Karl Rove wing of the GOP) unto anything that allows him from accepting
responsibility for the failure of leadership of Congress in regards to
the utter policy failure of the Project for the New American Strategy
up until the battle of Fallujah, when Bushie began to adopt the Clinton
nation building model. The Karl Rove wing of the GOP is correct when
they object that the Democrats don't have a plan, but they merely
have merely exposed the essential difference between the King's party
of stupid government and the Democrats: the Democrats realize they
don't have a plan, while the Karl Rove wing of the GOP have never had
a clue. Which is why Newt Gingrick recruited them in the first place
and why a vote for Peter King is a vote for Grover Norquist, the
Congressional Commissar.
Just for the record, Hillary Clinton and Condoleezza Rice have far
more in common with each other than either one has with the stupid
white male members of the Republican Study Committee or the Zionist
Christians in the Southern Baptist Convention. Women are not the
problem. They are not yet entirely part of the solution, but Senator
John Warner and Karl Levin are reliable in this regards and Mary Bono
uses a dynamical business model similar to a template the guys who are
running Champps are using.
I wanted to meet Lisa so that I could tell her, eyeball to eyeball,
how good she is. This is absolutely no disrespect to your talents, in
the least. The argument can be made that T.S. Eliot wouldn't exist
without Ezra Pound. I did tell The Franchise how good he is and that
you are a handful. I didn't try to meet Alexis, for the same reason
I disappeared as quickly as I did after meeting you and introducing
Sister Em. Stealth is neither an art nor a science, but a state of
being. It's a hard habit to break. And I'm not trying to be
sneaky any more than a cat tries to be anything but El Gatos. Tyger,
Tyger, burning bright. But, in regards to Lisa, the suits were willing
to invest a first class talent into your development and I wanted to
give her props in addition to the reflected glory of your unifying
persona. The only advice I can really give you is that it is your role
to work without a net: they cannot afford to, Daryl and Lisa and CBS.
I have absolutely no problem with any arrangements for amnesty that
the Maliki can organize that can take the largest number of combatants
outside the law with the insurgency and back into the context of the
rule of law as a voting citizen. The reason why these people are
killing Americans is because we fucked up. America fucked up because
the people who have been elected to represent our common interests
proceeded on a disastrous course of action based on the academic
neo-colonialism which informs the Project for the New American Century.
We need to get out a whole lot more than we need to get vengeance for
the blood of American soldiers. We decided to deal with Iraq under
Rule.303 and blood is a byproduct. The Karl Rove wing of the GOP brung
us to the dance and the US soldier is paying the piper. However, it is
the happy paradox that the genius of the military community personified
by Eric Shinseki is that this moral capacity of the military is taking
what could have become Stalingrad and providing a laboratory in
democracy unprecedented in its scope, scale or audacity, for the whole
world to see. If you can triangulate Hillary Clinton, Condoleezza Rice
and John Edwards, the center of moral gravity pretty well describes my
own moral values, without any slander intended of these three persons.
Rule.303 is the presenting reality and pragmatism trumps the manifest
Fascist incompetence of the stupid white male members of the Republican
Study Committee.
Just for the record, Russ Feingold isn't that far from that
triangulation. I think the chances of getting the troops completely out
of Iraq (but not necessarily out of the region or Afghanistan) by the
2008 election season, go up by a magnitude if the Democrats are running
Congress. The Republican Study Committee is beginning to act like the
3 Stooges meet The Marks Brothers in a Far Side Cartoon: Idiots trying
to find the way out of The Door Store.
There is a post on the alt.politics.bush newsgroup entitled Communism
and Socialism and includes an article by Stewart Connor "What is
wrong with Conservatism (ie Capitalism)" (4/13/05)
First of all, conservatism and capitalism are not synonymous. In fact,
the model of capitalism employed by conservatives is not capitalism as
I understand it, but a collage of sound bites like "free markets"
and "profit motive" which are arranged by concern with one's own
self-interest without regard for others and then presented as universal
truth. Capitalism is strutures and processes, especially cash flows
and currency, and has no more moral content than flush toilets and
sewerage systems. Moving *** around is useful. Period.
Conner is wrong in at least one other detail regarding Marx, to the
effect that ... "(Marx) had a simple idea that in order to end war
and be fair to all men that all wealth should be shared". Marx
doesn't want to just share wealth: he wants to eliminate wealth,
entirely. As social engineering, Marx proposes that the true golden
age of human history occured with Moses in the Wilderness and that the
future of humanity exists in recapturing the past of the Hebrew nation
before it actually arrived at the Promised Land. Putin calls Marx a
lovely fairy tale and if you hum John Lennon's Imagine along with
Conner's insight, above, you will appreciate the false promise Marx
held out to the world.
At the absolute core of Capitalism is transaction theory, which
describes an event where person A brings Value A to person B for
exchange for Value B in a collaborative and consensual manner and
depart. Why this happens is immaterial, including profit motive.
Profit motive is important, but the bare bones structure of capitalism
depends upon this exchange. A Nobel Prize for economics was awarded
several years ago around a phenomena called Rational Expectations,
which reflects the effects of motive upon market activity, but the
context of its effect is the collective exercise of transaction theory.
Through a process of rationism Edgar Allen Poe demonstrates in The
Murder in the Rue Morgue, Marx establishes that any transaction which
includes the profit motive is an act of theft. Marx says that Value A
is worthless for Person A, but, out of greed and selfishness, Person A
misrepresents Value of sufficient value to convince Person B to accept
no value for something that Person A covets. And, because all
transactions tainted by the profit motive are theft, then all property
accruing from the exercise of this theft is little better than the
plunder of pirates. I would say that the singular difference between
communism and socialism is property and comes down to whether there is
a common currency or if barter is the primary process of exchange.
I'm an Army brat and I was raised in a socialist society.
Everything in the military community, except for household goods and
personal property like boats or cars or even real estate, is public
property. The hospital system is right out of the English medical
system and I personally thought everybody grew up with this kind of
wellness care. The needs of the service defined the paradigm of the
community and it was a wonderful way to grow up. For me, the civilian
community represented chaos and anarchy.
I have been a civilian since 1971. The military necessarily live
under martial law as a condition of their employment. When you are in
the service and under oath, it is actually a liberating condition. It
permits a common focus that ensures the greatest possible capacity to
satisfy its mission within constitutional constraints. Uniformity of
purpose is the antithesis of group think.
On the other hand, I prefer to live now in a civilian society where
diversity is the enabling impulse in the pursuit of happiness and the
moral conformity required by the stupid white male members of the Karl
Rove wing of the GOP represents a similar disabling social model as
Marx. I mean, stupid is as stupid does and the fact that Mike Pence is
too stupid to recognize the similarity of Supply side economics to the
Soviet model of governance doesn't mean that I have to be.
Getting back to Stewart Conner, before he can usefully critique
capitalism, he has to know what it is. I mean, when pushed to its
logical extremes, the difference between Marx and American capitalism
is flush toilets. And the difference between American capitalism and
the capitalism of conservatives is that the conservatives would
privatize the public sewerage system, like Indiana has privatized its
toll roads, by selling it to someone like Dan Snyder, who would then
install coin operated toilets in all the homes in the system.
And that's the truth.
