It is really a sign of the economic crunch the states and cities are in
when they resort to selling assets brought with tax payers money to foreign
interests. It's all the rage. Foreign investers are snapping up your states
roads, ports, airports, water systems, lotterys and even sewage plants.
It's high times for the foreigners whose currencies have had record runups
against the dollar thanks to Bush and now we are the best garage sale in
the world.

It's a boon for today and a train wreck for our future. But then whoever
said the American politician ever looked past the end of his own term?

Thanks Mr. Bush for showing us how to turn America into one big garage
