Do you even have to ask who the 5 supreme court justices are that have now
shut down government workers rights to expose the corruption and
malfeasance of our elected officials without retribution.

First Amendment does not protect employee's every word, majority rules

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Tuesday made it harder for government
employees to claim they were retaliated against for going public with
allegations of official misconduct.
By a 5-4 vote, justices said the nation?s 20 million public employees do
not have free speech rights. New Justice Samuel Alito cast the tie-breaking
vote.
