How does this idea sound? Instead of sending all the illegal aliens
back to their home countries, we allow them to stay providing they
maintain gainful employment. We repeal the minimum wage nationwide
and let the labor market balance out the minimum wage. THEN, tax the
illegal alien's income at the standard middle class rate of
approximately 29% federal income tax. Regardless if they make $3 an
hour or $15 an hour, the tax is still 29%. In other words no-low
income tax break. They still have to pay.
Additionally absolutely NO entitlement programs or welfare. If they
want Emergency Room care, they have to pay cash at the normal price,
just like anyone else. If they want to send their kids to school,
even native-born kids, to our schools, they have to pay the State's
average education rate per student.

In other words, cut off all the bonuses and freebees. Make them pull
their own weight until they get full-naturalized citizenship.
Gaining full-naturalized citizenship would remain exactly as it is
today. That is, if it takes twenty years, then it takes twenty
years. PERIOD! The aliens can stay and work, but they still pay the
29% in taxes. Repealing the minimum wage would eliminate big
business crying about having to pay too high of wages for the level
of work. If you object to punishing native-born children of alien
parents,
then know this. The child was born here while the parents broke our
citizenship laws. Therefore, the birth is illegal until such time
the child is 18 years old and can fend for him or herself.

I would bet once the aliens realize they get nothing for free and
they are taxed as any other middle class citizen, they might think
again about staying.

What would happen if they all left? We house 7 million jail inmates
in this country. Take them and make them do the alien's work.
Especially that son-of-a-bitch former Congressman Randy "Duke"
Cunningham. Get his lard-ass out in the field picking cotton.

in order for them to become legal they will first have reveal what
they have been doing while in this country. This would include
reporting the illegal jobs that have held and the names of those
that were involved in trafficking these jobs. Like drug users they
must reveal the pusher.

They would lose their jobs then... no we want them to stay working...
we can tax them 29%

Then you must supply a program to get the illegal employers off their
addiction to aliens. Maybe a 12 step program that would require them to
admit they were wrong and confess they have an addiction and perform
community service.

You are missing the point... we want the employers to keep hiring whom
ever they please, just tax all the employees 29% each.
