They must've really dug deep and pulled out a REAL camera to get that
shot. Law enforcement doesn't like to take decent pictures of most
criminals, because they want their officers to hate anyone who's had
their picture taken. Delay must've have been menstruating at the time
and begged his people to get him a good camera for the pic, since it
would be in every Democrat's garage, with darts in it soon.
